No, but largely because I rarely see book covers before I decide to read them. I am visually impaird, and "read" most of my books on audio through the library for the blind. After I read them, I review on goodreads, and am sometimes surprised by the accompanying cover art, but by then, it is far too late for it to sway my opinion.
